January 12' Market Research

-        When asked if purchasers/sellers predict that property prices will increase, decrease or stay the same over the next 12 months, overall last year more respondents think that prices will stay the same.  From July to November 2011, the number of respondents that feel that prices will increase over the next 12 months has risen from 9% in July, to 20% in December 2011.

November 11' Market Research

The vast majority of purchasers spent about the same amount of money as expected in November on their recent purchase, with 73% answering the price was as expected.  A fifth of respondents indicated they had spent more than they had expected, and 7% of respondents spent less than expected.
